Originally from Mexico, Blanca has made the greater Dayton, Ohio area her home, where she actively serves as a mentor, advocate, and servant leader. She has been instrumental in driving business development and strategic marketing. She is the Former Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer for 3 USA Financial Institutions and 1 in Mexico.
Blanca is a certified John Maxwell Coach and DISC Consultant and plays a pivotal role in the Greater Dayton Community Transformation movement. She has led Transformation Tables in Panama and now facilitates them virtually, helping individuals unlock their leadership potential. Leveraging her vast network, she has also helped bring the iLead Youth Program to schools and nonprofit organizations, impacting the next generation of leaders. She also recently joined Unify Dayton.
Her passion for community engagement is evident in her service on multiple boards, including the Better Business Bureau’s Women in Business Network (WiBN) and Women in Christian Leadership. Additionally, she is an active member of two area Chambers of Commerce, five networking groups, and two Optimist organizations, continuously fostering opportunities for collaboration and growth.
